Terms & Conditions
By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
A 50% deposit is required before any work begins.
Final files are delivered once full payment has been received.
Projects include up to 2 revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are charged at R150 per round.
Turnaround times vary depending on project scope and begin once all required content is provided by the client.
PTNet / PixelPulse retains ownership of all designs until full payment is made.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and timely feedback.
No Unsolicited Sales
Our contact forms are intended for genuine client enquiries only. By using our forms to send sales, promotional, or unsolicited marketing messages, you agree to a R500 processing and handling fee per email, which will be invoiced. Continued misuse may result in legal action or blacklisting.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes time spent on communication, planning, and initial design.
Refunds on completed work are not offered unless agreed to in writing. Clients are encouraged to review all proofs and concepts carefully before final approval.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, graphics, content, and website material created by PTNet or PixelPulse are the intellectual property of their respective brands unless transferred by written agreement.
No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent.
